Whereas Jim of JimandLinda has offered to organize this years annual LCG event, and whereas the WGA desires to make this annual event an official WGA event, supported and advertised by the WGA, be it resolved that the board approve the event as described on the cache page GC2MR77, and identify Jim as the event coordinator.
Be it further resolved that the event, to be known as Cachers & Cattails - The LCG Event, be supported financially by the WGA by funding the building rental fee of $50, covering any deposit fees that may be required, and purchasing up to $100 worth of items to be used as door prizes. Votes/Actions
