Motion to approve opening the 2011 Campout store ..
offering Groundspeak items available on a pre-sale/ pre-pay order basis, to be distributed at the campout (no mailing).
WGA is able to purchase items at 12 percent below the listed Groundspeak prices but will have to pay related shipping charges. Shipping in bulk is cheaper. Items shall be sold to members at the listed Groundspeak prices.
Orders shall close on Sunday May 1st to allow for ordering and shipping time.
WGA shall purchase the items stated below. It is understood our minimum purchase required by groundspeak to make this happen is $150. If pre-sales do not reach $150, WGA will purchase additional items to be offered for sale at the event to fulfill minimum order amount.
