Whereas the Geocoin committee is running behind schedule for the production of the 2011 WGA geocoin,
and whereas the committees proposed timeline does not leave much room for unforseen issues and corrections to the design,
and whereas the WGA Board of Directors have given a proposed delivery date of August 1, 2011 for the geocoin,
I hearby motion , in the interest of time, that the membership vote for the geocoin design agreed to by the BOD in February, be bypassed and the design selection be placed in the hands of the Geocoin committee, with the understanding that the committee will select the best submitted design without bias for any reason.
