Whereas the membership committee has indicated it would be helpful to know who the board members and volunteer event committee members are at WGA events especially for new members and general event attendees.
Whereas safety is of utmost concern at all WGA events.
Be it resolved that the WGA purchase 30 Safety Green Custom Printed "Event Staff"T-shirts printed by Will Enterprises/ Silk Screening by Will at an approximate cost of $150.
Be it further resolved that the front of the shirts will be the "Generic Shirt" back design (WGA website logo with address below) and "EVENT STAFF" will be printed in large easy to read Black lettering on the back.
Be it further resolved that all current 2011 Board members will be given shirts and will not be expected to return them to the WGA. Event Committee members for the 2011 Campout, Picnic, and WGA Cache Ba$h Breakfast events will also be offered shirts and will not be expected to return them to the WGA.
Sizes will be determined based on current board member and Campout committee member requests and the remainder will be purchased in various sizes. Votes/Actions
