Whereas the WGA has agreed to mint a Pathtag for the West Bend Cache Bash
whereas the decision has been made to hold a contest to find a design for this pathtag
be it resolved that the WGA will award the winning apthtag designer two 2011 West Bend Pathtags and one Generic Tshirt Votes/Actions
