Motion to approve opening the 2011 Picnic store for sweatshirt and t-shirt sales.
Shirt Design By WGA Secretary Barry (sweetlife):
The design will be printed on Gray apparel.
- Establishing our sales end date of Wednesday August 31st with our order then placed on or around Friday, September 2nd.
- Establishing using Silk Screening By Will/ Will - Enterprises as our vendor.
- Establishing a certain quantity of shirts shall be ordered to be sold at the event – quantity based upon past sales.
- Establishing the following items being sold at the stated prices:
T-shirts
Youth-Adult XL $8
2XL-5XL $10
Sweatshirts
Youth-Adult XL $15
Adult 2XL-5XL $17
Hoodie
Youth-Adult XL $22
