This motion is to grant AuntieNae, Renee Vanselow, permission to place the order with Will Enterprises for our Campout t-shirts which will be for sale at the event. Proposed order is 100 to eliminate the related screen fees. Initial order submitted is for the following indicated but please realize it may be necessary to adjust to meet our pick up deadline of Thurs, May 31 so AuntieNae, working with the vendor will do so as needed. Shirts will sell at our usual generic apparel pricing.
