Whereas it is the goal of the WGA to hold a successful Pancake Breakfast Event on August 12th at Regner Park in West Bend, and
Whereas, certain supplies and prizes will need to be provided for this Event,
Be it resolved to purchase 3 $20 gas cards for the Turkey Shoot for the top 3 places,
Be it further resolved to provide (3) 2011 WGA geocoins; 1 to the top placing finisher in the Turkey Shoot, 1 to the 1st place Geogolfer, and choice of a WGA geocoin to 2nd or 3rd in the Geogolf contest.
Be it further resolved to provide 2 WGA T-shirts in the Geogolf contest: 1 to the 1st place finisher, and 1 to the 2nd or 3rd place finisher.
Finally, be it resolved to reimburse Breakfast Committee members for supply expenses incurred in association with said Event. Votes/Actions
