Whereas it is the intention of the WGA to financially support the Lonely Cache Game Event,
Be it resolved to pay the HMIVC an amount from our funds to cover room rental and deposit.
Be it further resolved to allot up to $150 toward other expenses associated with the LCG Event, such as snacks and prizes, to be used at the Event organizers discretion. Votes/Actions
