Whereas here is what Shane is requesting:
Here is my official in writing request to hold a WGA regional CITO event on Sat. APRIL 20th in Appleton WI.
Location: Likely Telulah park. Confirming location.
Description of event: CITO - multiple park cleanup. Potluck W food sale to support WGA.
Est. Attendance: 100 - 150.
Sponsor: Lisa offered to help.
Equipment/support: wga sales would be nice. And a banner. Food serving supplies.
Budget: 200 out which will include food for sale, cito supplies (gloves and bags), coffee, donuts, door prizes. Expect 50-75 back in food sales and 25 in donations. If wga apparel sold event could break even. Last year event made money.
This is a recurring, very successful event. I hope to make this the biggest yet. With the food sales and groundspeak souvenir I think we will get great attendance. My goal is lofty, to clean in every city park. I think we can do it! Votes/Actions
