[Previously the Board voted to spend money on laminated nametags for 250 attendees at the 2009 Cache Ba$h event. As the projected attendance of that event has grown significantly, it has become necessary to consider increasing our commitment.]
The WGA shall purchase the materials needed to create up to 750 WGA nametags at our booth at the 2009 Cache Ba$h. The cost of these materials shall not exceed $300.
The WGA shall also purchase a laminator (lamination machine) for no more than $30 to facilitate the creation of nametags "on site" at future events. Votes/Actions
