The WGA shall list the 2009 WGA Geo-Picnic event to be held on September 19, 2009 at Lake Wissota on geocaching.com.

Per the preliminary event cache listing (see PDF in Board forum), the following activities shall be offered:

- Temporary Caches (~30)
- Raffle (details and prizes TBD)
- Pin the Tail on the Waypoint game
- Membership Meeting
- Kid's Cache
