Retaining WI Geocoins For Historical Purposes

The WGA shall retain and hold indefinitely at least one geocoin (recommended two) for every type of Wisconsin geocoin it offers for sale to the general public. The geocoin(s) retained shall be the final production version and trackable on geocaching.com if those sold were trackable.
If preproduction samples (usually not trackable) are produced, the WGA may retain those at its discretion. Additionally, any special coins or variants of coins not offered for sale to the public (i.e. 2005 special edition coins) shall not qualify to satisfy the above requirements for retaining regular, "for sale" coins.
The collection of WGA owned geocoins shall be retained by the WGA treasurer or a single individual Board member as agreed to by the Board. The person holding the collection of WGA owned geocoins shall file an inventory report at least annually. Votes/Actions
