The WGA shall hold the 2010 WGA Geo-Campout at Richard Bong State Recreation Area in SE Wisconsin on the weekend of May 14-16, 2010.
To facilitate this event, the WGA shall reserve the open shelter Beach Shelter East #3 on Saturday May 15 and Sunday May 16. Cost of the shelter reservation is $45 per day, or $90 total. The Campout Committee and Board shall determine at a later date whether a shelter at Bong is needed on Friday night for night caching or other activities.
The WGA shall also reserve group campsites D and F for Friday night and Saturday night. The initial fee to reserve these sites is $40 per night per site plus a $10 reservation fee per site, or $180 total. If we exceed more than 40 campers in the group sites, the WGA will also have to pay an additional fee of $20 per night for each increment of 10 campers. Votes/Actions
