2010 WGA Winter Event

The WGA shall hold a winter event on Saturday February 27, 2010 at the UW-Waukesha Field Station in Waterville, WI. The event will consist of a chili potluck meal and a bonfire for socializing.
Financial outlays shall include $50 for shelter reservation (includes wood for bonfire), ~$100 for the chili ingredients, ~$50 for miscellaneous supplies (coffee, cocoa, etc.), and ~$50 for laminated nametags for attendees.
There shall be no door prizes. Attendance shall be limited to 100 individuals. Attendees shall be charged $2 for adults and $1 for children to cover the costs of providing the chili.
