The 2010 Washington County Home, Garden & Leisure Show will take place March 12, 13 & 14. A number of WGA members have committed to manning a geocaching booth at the show. The purpose is to introduce the general public to geocaching and answer any questions they might have about geocaching. The geocaching booth will be located next to the West Bend Chamber of Commerce booth promoting the Cache Ba$h geocaching event.
The WGA shall allow the use of the WGA banner and other WGA equipment (i.e. temp cache containers for display items) by WGA members at the show.
The WGA shall provide 200 printed "introduction to geocaching" brochures that can be handed out . The estimated cost to print these brochures is $20.
If they are available, the WGA shall provide 200 WGA logo pencils to the WGA member volunteers to hand out at the show. Votes/Actions
