Whereas the West Bend Chamber of Commerce has requested WGA assistance and support for the Third Annual West Bend Cache Bash; and whereas the West Bend Cache Bash is Wisconsin's only mega event; and whereas the WGA supported the event last year.
Be it resolved that the WGA will again work with the West Bend Chamber of Commerce to assist with the West Bend Chamber Cache Bash.
Be it further resolved that the WGA will loan waypoint downloading equipment and available computers for the downloading of waypoints.
Be it further resolved that the WGA will offer a class on "Introduction to Geocaching 101" on Saturday at a time to be worked out between the West Bend Chamber and our volunteer presenter(s).
Be it further resolved that the WGA will host an event on the Sunday following the Cash Bash of a WGA Pancake Breakfast, similiar in scope to last year's event, with times of the event to be worked out between the Cache Bash volunteers and the WGA Board, but likely to be 8:30 to 11am. Votes/Actions
