Motion to approve opening the 2010 Campout store for sweatshirt and t-shirt sales.
- Establishing our sales end date of Thursday, May 5 with our order then placed on Friday, May 6.
- Establishing using Silk Screening By Will/ Will - Enterprises as our vendor.
- As stated in our design contest, a t-shirt will be purchased and given to our design contest winner.
- A certain quantity of shirts shall be ordered to be sold at the event – quantity based upon past sales.
- Establishing the following items being sold at the stated prices:
