Whereas the WGA forums exist for the free flow of information about geocaching in Wisconsin; whereas individuals who use the forums agree to abide by the Terms of Use when they enter the forums; and whereas violations of the Terms of Use can hamper free flow of information about geocaching in Wisconsin.
Be it resolved that the Board will implement a policy of progressive action for any individual who violate the Terms of Use.
Be it further resolved that prgressive action will follow these guidelines:
1st violation: Written warning.
2nd violation: Two week suspension of WGA membership privileges.
3rd violation: Indefinite suspension of WGA membership privileges Votes/Actions
