Whereas past practice has been to recognize outgoing board members with a recognition plaque, this motion is for approval of payment of the invoice:
To be recognized: Brian Geoffrey, Anne Padgett, Jeremy Vechinski and Becky Waldmann
Plaques ordered from Manitowoc trophy, as has been done in previous years .. 4 wood state shaped plaques @ $23 plus tax ($4.60) and shipping ($14.95) for a total of $111.55. Votes/Actions
