I am seeking permission to re-issue a check.
08/16/09 Check #1067 in the amount of $142.26 was issued to pharmgirl, Anne Mertz. It was reimbursement for supplies purchased for the 2009 Cache Bash Pancake breakfast.
I can verify the check has not cleared and Anne has found the original check.
I would like to send a new check in replacement. Votes/Actions
