General Membership Meeting At 2009 Geo-Campout

Whereas attempts to hold a short meeting at the end of the day Saturday at at the annual campout following the photo has been too brief to meet the needs of the membership or meet the requirements of the bylaws.

Be it resolved that for 2009, we move the annual meeting to Sunday morning, and schedule the meeting for Saturday May 16, 2009 from 7pm to 8:30pm. Discussion may continue past this time, but minutes shall only be taken until 8:30.
