Motion to approve an Apparel Sale for the 2010 Geo-picnic and to open the online store to handle sales. Motion based on recommendation and consensus by the 2010 Geo-picnic Committee.

- Establishing our sale end date of Sunday, Sept. 5th with our order then placed on or around Sept. 6th
- Establishing using Silk Screening By Will/ Will - Enterprises as our vendor. This is the same vendor we used for the campout apparel and "generic" T-shirts.
- A certain quantity of shirts shall be ordered to be sold at the event – quantity based upon past sales.

- Establishing the following items being sold at the stated prices:

Youth-Adult XL $8
2XL $8+$2
3XL $8+$3
4XL $8 + $4
5 XL $8 +$5

Note: This is a much lower price than WGA shirt's offered for sale in the past. The goal of this lower pricing structure is to offer a more affordable WGA shirt at this year's picnic with the hopes that more people will order. We will advertise this lower price when announcing the sale. If this lower price structure does not work out we may revert back to prior used pricing for future sales. Approx per/shirt cost is $4. Plus other fees for paypal, etc.

- Establishing the majority of T-shirt sizes to be offered in color "Texas Orange" or similar color as suggested by vendor:


Larger sizes and Youth T-shirts may be offered in a different color that complements the artwork. Vendor suggestion on sweatshirt colors will be considered with decision on this deferred to picnic committee.

- Establishing we offer the artist either a complementary shirt or a LE Pathtag set (his choice) for his help in creating the design.
