I work with a guy who found a cache that has been destroyed.
He does not cache. I havent seen it yet so I dont know whats all there, but he said it had a travel bug...he thought thats what it was?

Anmyway, I have no idea how old it is or whos it is... so if anyone can help please let me know HERE.

Cache was located in Pine Grove on the southeast side of brown county.
It was placed at the old township school......

I'm gonna get the stuff back from him and I'll return it to owner or I'll place the stuff in another cache and get the stash moving again..

You should be able to look it up on geocaching.com by entering the tracking number on the bug. If it is not a travel bug you should be able to find the cache if you know the area.

RC,

yeah once I get my hands on the stuff, I'll see what he really has. I know an ammo can, plastic toys, log book for sure...then he said there were some dog tags..i'm assuming its a bug...pretty sure.

I searched for a cache at that location...but I found none that were active..so either it was archieved or never registered?
searched through the cache"rescue" page also.. but no easy way to sort em and I dont know what the name was.

just hoping the owner or someone who may have hit that one will remember something about it an can point me to the owners, cache name or something...

It almost sounds like Carron55's (I think) cache that she had near an old school that was torn down. Somewhere near cty R and Stagecoach Drive?

I would agree, that if you can enter the TB number, it was hopefully logged as "Dropped" in the cache container that your friend found.
That would solve the problem quite easily!

Don't forget to have your frind log the LTF! wink

And sometimes, the cache owner writes the name of the cache on the log...good idea to check that too. I'm sure some TB owner will be happy to know that their TB has resurfaced Very Happy
