Do you use Garmin's MapSource on your PC?

I am having a technical issue. I have 2 GPSr. And have purchased 2 MapSource CD's.

(same product and identical GPSr)

The first CD installed and unlocked 'ok' to use in the GPSr.

Recently, I loaded the 2nd CD and 'unlocked' it....at least accoriding to the 'My Garmin' web-site.

However, when I go to load the maps into the GPSr I get the message that they have not been unlocked yet ...'do you wish to proceed anyway'.
(Which I did not opt to do.)

And, on the PC I 'only' see one MapSouce North America NT in the drop down box........should I see both installed products .......frustrating .....to no end.....................

Any solutions / ideas / suggestions?
(other than calling the 'customer no service' 800 nbr.)

SGH

It toasts my gizzards when copy protection schemes get in the way of legally using a piece of software. Baaaaad Garmin.
