and there is still time to sign up to join us for the Chili & Bonfire Event.
This is also the weekend that the BOD holds their first meeting with the newly elected members, so this is your chance on Saturday to meet the newcomers and bend an ear or two. The WGA is driven by suggestions from the membership and we cannot think of everything, so, come on down, enjoy some chili, stories, chatter, whatever. Oh, yeah, I would guess there may be some new caches popping up nearby too. |

Sunshine and I hid 10 yet to be published new caches within a few miles of the event. Watch for them to be available a few days before the event. They were hidden in early January before all of the snow so even with all of the melting this week they may still be a challenge. |

I cant wait. Nothing better than caching then warming up with a few bowl of chili. Well maybe caching and Brats, Chili is a close second. |

I'm really excited about this event. Because of my involvement with Scouts, I often have date conflicts between caching events and scouting events. I was supposed to go winter camping the weekend of this event, but the local youth basketball organization planned a tournament and 3/4 of my Scouts are involved in it in one way or another, so the camp out got cancelled. Looking forward to meeting some fellow cachers. |
