Ok here we go, I went out and doing some caches and I did cache GC13ZQG and according to the page it states that the cache keeps disappearing faster than he can replace it and logging your find online will suffice. When I was there I could see exactly where the cache should have been but nothing there. So I emailed the cache owner and told him where I think the cache should be and explained it was missing and wanted to know if I can log it. But so far it has been almost 5 days since I sent email and I have not heard anything yet. So can I log this one or should I wait longer and then log it. What do people think?

If I remember right the cache is in the owners yard. If he can't maintain it in his own yard it shouldn't be there. I would take a loss on the smiley and post a "needs maintenance" on it. |

CO hasn't logged in since 22 Jul 10. I guess I would give it another few days for a response but log a DNF. It can always be edited to a find once you get word. It says the LOG goes missing, making me wonder what the container is or is supposed to be.
If no response soon, I would agree with Mister Greenthumb and post a NM
Also, after looking at the satellite view on googlemaps, I would like to know what the property west of the cache is... |

I think the container was a PVC pipe stuck in the ground if I remember right. |

And per GC.com Rules. YOu need to sign a log to claim a find....or something like that. |

The cache page states:
| Quote: |
| UPDATE---The log keeps getting muggled faster than I can keep up. Logging your find online will suffice! |
followed by
| Quote: |
| Be sure to always log any DNFs. This enhances the search for those who come after you. |
How is a cacher supposed to know the difference? |
