Does anyone have a old color computer monitor that they want to get rid of for cheap?

The screen on my laptop got fried, but if hooked up to an external monitor, it would make a good computer for my kids.

You may want to try you local hazardous materials recycling center. Up here in Green Bay, we have to pay a disposal fee to get rid of the monitors. If you cannot get one in the Milwaukee area I am sure I can get you one up here for free.

Let me see what I can dig out of our back room.....

Ah, ha!... I have one available. I will pack it up to deliver 10/5. The price will be right and delivery to the north woods is included.

In Madison is the UW SWAP (Surplus With A Purpose). They have many computer deals and deals on anything the Uw might be getting rid of. http://www.bussvc.wisc.edu/swap/swap.html

Thanks for the link to SWAP. They have some pretty cool stuff for sale. I may have to pick up that motorized x-ray viewer Image
