look this over in GSAK?
Will you be creating a GSAK version for the Macintosh?=> In a word, NO. Windows is my native platform and is as much as I can handle. Note: GSAK has been known to run quite nicely under "Virtual PC", "Parallels", and "Boot camp" on the Mac. If you are looking for a native OSX GeoCaching application try "MacCaching." |
I use MacCaching. It does for me what I need it to do. Is it GSAK with all the bells and whistles? No. Does it do all the fun stuff that everyone keeps talking about with GSAK? No. Do I understand what people are talking about all the time with GSAK? No. Do I have any of the other programs mentioned that might work on my Mac? No. |

Who?
I must admit that Apple has even won me over with their iPod / iPad technology. I was always the "apple hater" until I bought an iPod just for caching. Need I say more? |

No need to hide your true feelings. (Good eye sight from searching for those elusive caches...) |

Is there still a problem with the map? Not seeing any caches on it? |

Yep, I don't see any caches on the map either. |

its been like that for a couple days now.
this is what ive been doing.
make the circle where you want to cache.
then use the tabs on the left under display and click "cache labels " then all the #'s for the list on the right show up, at least there are dots where the caches are.
then it works for me.
do I get a smiley for that puzzle??

The dots are really little white squares with numbers in them that correspond to the numbers on the list of caches to the right. The squares appear on the map, but they are hard to see. You have to click on "Display" and "cache labels" on the left menu to have the little boxes show up at all, though. |
