Fantasy Baseball

Anyone want to join a fantasy baseball league. It is in the Geocaching Forums at this link http://forums.groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?s=e2a52384d9070a563a9ea584a10fbfaa&showtopic=291944

In order to play you need to send one geocoin that will be split with the top three I do believe. I am in, so come join me.

I'm on a steep learning curve - never been in one of these leagues b4. Found out about the no cut list *after* the draft. Confused

And one of my pitchers needs tommy johns Shocked

so I've already executed my first drop & add.
You folks have any tidbits of advice for me?

Did you draft any Brewers? I got Braun.. wasn't really my plan but seemed like the thing to do at the moment.

The main thing I learned last year (my first year playing) is look at you pitchers. The stats work better for starting pitchers and closers. The stats that count are IP W CG SHO SV K ERA WHIP RW OBPA NH QS. Alot of middle relievers will not get alot of these numbers.

Thanks, VG. I have a lot to learn. This AM it looks like your pitching is off to a great start.
WI_pattymel's team is Harvey's Wallbangers, I think.
Can't wait for games to start on TV. I am still 100% rooting for the Brewers even if it works against my fantasy team - at least that's my story right now, lol. This will add an interesting twist to the games.

Yeah, I figured it out when you said you had Braun. Now I should have held off on my advice since I am playing you this week. Laughing
