Congratulations on your 1K milestone. I checked, and I have 12 of the caches on the bookmark list already. Maybe I'll make this challenge a goal for this summer. |

Congrats Becca on reaching 4 digits, and accomplishing it with a fun and challenging challenge! We hope to complete the Wisconsin Roadside Weirdness Challenge ourselves before you hit 5 digits |

Congratulations! This sounds like so much fun. I am sure if my parents had dragged me to them as a child, I would have protested. And now I would look forward to seeing each site. I don't know if I will ever try to meet the challenge, but I may make a point to visit some of the places on the list. For some reason, I thought Hawaii was on your radar for 1000, but it is nice to see this highlight some places I might actually get to visit. Thanks for sharing your experiences! |

Yes it was. But I just couldn't stop caching and got to 1K before our trip in 3 1/2 weeks. I just couldn't help myself! |

I'm sorry, I don't mean to toot my own horn here but I'm kind of excited. This has kind of felt like a legendary week for me, at least regarding geocaching. In the last 7 days I have:
*Found my 1000th cache
*It was my 2-year anniversary
*I found my 100th "unknown/mystery" cache
*Met up with many local hard-core geocachers several times
*Those hard-core cachers are treating me like I'm really one of them (let's face it, I'm completely addicted and committed to this sport now)
Anyway, what a great week! |
