Interesting, I thought it was a joke and judgement of a specific type of cache placement. I didn't realize you actually tried to find a cache placement spot!

it really was a joke to start with except the part about placing a cache. i did go to the end of 1 cachers trail and placed a container of my own. i tried to have this cache posted and i recieved notification that it was dnr property and i needed permission. this area already had 345 caches on it and i still needed permission to add 1 more?

All you have to do is file for permission. It's not hard

Slight correction: It is a notification form - not a request for permission.

It is simply filling out the necessary notification form and submitting to proper DNR office that manages the specific area... for each cache placed along the trail.

I filled out 7 separate forms for the ones I placed on the Hank Aaron trail. And before placing I emailed the 2 other cache owners who had previously placed caches along the trail asking if they had plans to extend their hides along the section I planned on placing my caches.
