Well I believe that our TB for the race is gone for good. I was told we can use a proxy TB but would like to know more.
For instance what happens if the original shows up again?
Do you have to put the same paperwork with the proxy even though you do not have the original object the TB tag was attached too?
Just curious and know that the experts out here will have all the right answers.
Thanks in advance!!! |

Wow. Sorry I missed this. I hope you're still looking for an answer...
If the original turns up, it becomes confusing. You'll have to do your best to get one of them out of play. We'll have to figure that out later.
You can completly change the description if you want. I've had a couple of TBs go missing and re-used the number on a completly different item. |

I am wondering how to handle the miles correctly when a replacement is released. Let say that it goes missing in China and is replaced. When someone grabs the replacement and then drops it, TB-Race would show the mileage from China back to the US in the stats, when it really did not physically travel that distance. To be fair, I think that the mileage needs to be somehow adjusted down. |

Since the owner has to restart it, and the owner already moved it, there is zero miles. The miles from China to where it is restarted are not counted. The next move is, but only from where it was restarted at. |

Yes, that is true. What happens if one were to use someone else to release the replacement. There is that cacher on FB that makes free replacements and then releases them. |

Start the flogging, I restarted mine, by using the free replacements, it was lost in Germany, then he restarted it in Arizona, Mailed it to me to add something to it, and then I restarted it in a cache by Manty. Miles from Germany to here will have to be removed at the end of the race. |
