Just think of how many you'll have by the time the arm has healed. |

Good evening! Just back from a 7.5 hours road trip to nowhere. Not one cache found. Did find a huge chocolate malt for $2.30 near Beaver Dam and a bar in a basement in Basco that is one of the ones in the Bottoms Up book. The other 3 we had planned to visit must not open until late afternoon. |

"Bottoms Up" celebrates Wisconsin's taverns and the breweries that fueled them. Beginning with inns and saloons, the book explores the rise of taverns and breweries, the effects of temperance and Prohibition, and attitudes about gender, ethnicity, and morality. It traces the development of the megabreweries, dominance of the giants, and the emergence of microbreweries.
Also scored some AleAsylum Hopalicious for the home frig. |

No, more of a 7.5 drive with failed pub crawls. Only 2 pubs were hit, including the one for dinner. |
