I've only seen my dad ride two bikes in my lifetime. Three if i I counted his failed attempt at riding my road bike. His ancient steel road bike and a converted mountain bike that he bought when I was young. Well he finally is getting one that is new as a retirement gift.

I found some D5 birds today too: Blue Grey Tanager, Inca Tern, Scarlet Ibis, Guam Kingfisher, Tawny Frogmouth, Mandarin Duck, Aracari, Rhinocerous Hornbill, and many more. Does it count if I was at the aviary at the zoo? I thought of you when I was sitting in there watching the birds wondering if some would count the birds seen here.

No...those don't count. Doesn't make them any less cool to see, though.

How's your snow cover, everyone?

I only have drifts and snowbanks remaining as well as snow in shaded areas remaining. Everything else is pretty much gone.

I have just a few bare spots in my yard. Post-holed up to my knees looking for a cache on the side of a road this morning.
