Although it hasn't been logged yet, I was there to witness the event. A very deserving milestone for one of Wisconsin's most generous cachers. Jeff is always there to help out in any way he can. We are truly honored that he chose our High Brass series for his 1000th. Congratulation Jeff! (The pride of Team Badger)

Congratulations, Jeff! Here is a guy who had 998 finds on Friday afternoon. Instead of grabbing 998 and 1000, he went kayaking with me as I picked up the “Hit the Beach” cache. And then he went to make some caches on the Sugar River Bike Trail permanent ones. Thumbs up to an outstanding cacher! I think he grinned all the way to Number 1000!

Way to go Jeff! It was fun caching with you on your way to 1,000. Up to your knees in snow and bare foot crossing a stream thank goodness not on the same outing. Say nothing about all the great caches you have put out. |

Thanks!
Geocaching has continued to evolve into something different with every milestone.
It truly is what you care to make it.
Its been a great ride to 1000, now lets see what comes the rest of the year.
The breakdown for the 1000 is as follows:
Traditional - 69%
Multi - 13%
Virtual - 8%
Events - 8%
Mystery - 2%
I think I would like the multi number a bit higher for the rest of the year. |

Way to go Jeff, Way to go! Hope your 1000th find is/was as special as you are! Thanks for all of your contributions to geocaching. I know a lot of what you do goes unnoticed. Keep it up, congrats, and thanks again from the ecorangers. |
