Bagged 52 squirrels today. My favorite will have to be the one that had the hint "think like a squirrel". Sunshine was not very happy about me climbing that tree.

No squirrels today. I would have to drive 30 miles for the nearest one.

We just fed ourselves to the mosquitoes as we looked at the moon through our telescope. It was a Xmas gift from my parents 9 years ago (We had taught three-year-old Hannah to say "That's no moon it's a space station" every time someone pointed out the moon. It led to the gift.). We found it when we were moving. It was a fun way to spend the evening with the kids, even if it took 9 years to use it.

Every one has gone to bed. Time for brownies and recorded pre-season football.

We got our Heidy today, but it took flashlights at 8:45 PM to accomplish it. Good thing the cache was only 4-1/2 miles away.

The moon is gorgeous tonight. We went out to see the space station go overhead before 9:00, and then we looked at the moon a bit. Mosquitoes weren't too bad.

How funny. Last night's moon was so pretty but tonight's moon was just a reddish blurb in the middle of nothing. Maybe you're seeing our moon from last night? Wink

You are seeing the moon through a wine haze right now, Becca... Wink
