Justin.... can you still ad a poll or make a poll up to choose a day and time for chat???
Would be nice to be able to keep it the same day of the week or maybe alternate a day of the week or something. Having the conference/chats will be a great help when working on area projects. Won't necessarily need to have face to face all the time, but those are definately a must still.
BTW.... anyone needing to add me to their list or you tio mine, I am not using my caching yahoo ID, but my regular one:

WOW lastnight was kinda cool... I am finally getting to meet some of thses goofy geocacher's ( much like myself)! I ca't wait to meet more of us!
