Just got home from seeing it. Very, very good. As good as the first and I am betting that there will be a 3rd. What's funny, while we are sitting there my wife says " Now I know why they didn't get the Crazy Horse done." You will have to see the movie to know what the means but there is a movie story right there. |

Glad to hear.. Jim was thinking a sequel would not be as good as the first. Might have to go over the break.

We had a choice to see NT or I am Legend last night and we chose the latter. AWESOME movie to say the least. Leave the kiddies at home for this one. Some people brought thier toddler age children with to see this movie. Lots of folks had to leave with them long before the movie was over. |

We went to see NT:BS on Saturday. The kids and their friends were excited to see it. I'm sure they liked the treasure-finding and action scenes (not to mention the popcorn, candy, and icees), but the history & pseudo-history may have gone over their heads. But I found it fictionally(?) fascinating.
But now I have to wait to see what's over that next hill (pg. 47). |

Ditto, fam went today, was awesome! Had my 7 yr old riveted more than any movie I had ever seen, going to have to find the first one for him to check out too. |

We saw this movie as a family and it was great! Our nine year old son loved it! We recently had a trip to Washington DC and so he knew many of the buildings and landmarks very well. He was disappointed that more of the White House wasn't shown though-especially the kitchen. Anyways, it looks like a trip to Mount Rushmore is in our future and where ever else movie number 3 shows us........ |

WHen did you go to DC? We were there this summer and looked at the declaration of independence. While we were there, some kid goes, I'm right where nick cage stood! |

We were there in mid-September so it probably wasn't Jacob. LOL I was surprised how much the city had changed since my pre 9-11 visits. Barricades and security more prominent and almost everywhere! Not like I remembered it. |
