Help Needed in St. Croix Falls

Anybody have ant approximate coords. of the area or spot. I want to take a look on my map program.

this will get you to the Lions park the location of the caching will be across the hwy on the Simmon land to the east

I didn't get the e-mail from him about this. I wonder if it got caught by my spam filter. Unfortunately, I will be in Iowa April 1st attending a medical refresher course (where I finished my residency).

BTW, Trail Zombies from the Wyoming area has also volunteered to help out.

Hi everyone just to let you all know I have enter the page on geocaching.com for review and the reviewer is not liking it because on the maps it looks like the event is in interstate park even thought interstate park stop south of the city of st Croix falls and the event is to the north so hopefully the reviewer can find a map to that shows the area correctly if anyone Can help with this please let me know

Do you have plat book? Make a copy of the page and send it to them.

It's not that I don't like it. I have a map showing it in Interstate State Park. All you have to do is chat with me about it.......

You need to post the exact coordinates to the shelter in Lions Park. The reviewers will automatically deny it because it is in the Riverway. However, if you can get the tract numbers (contact the new ranger from the NPS), it should be easy to get approved as that park is owned by the City of St. Croix Falls and not by the NPS.

the problem is that all the maps on the Internet show that the state park goes north of the city of St. Croix Falls and it does not so if I can not get it resolved by Monday I will just go and get the Location on the other side of HWY 87 which will show it out of the park Rolling Eyes

Hi everyone we had a good meeting last night event thought only one other cacher showed up we are planning to have the next meeting on April 22 at 6 pm at the buzz again so everyone is welcome to come and sure their ideas Smile

I am down in Iowa and had mentioned I would be unable to attend. Who else came? Any highlights from the meeting?

As of this point, I should be able to attend the next meeting (and it also looks like I will be free on June 7th so I can give my powerpoint presentation "Introduction to Geocaching"). I can even bring my laptop along to show the slides next meeting.

at the meeting we talk about how many caches to turn in to permanent ones after the event and that it was a good idea to have everyone bring a door prize because then everyone get a prize we also talked about what we should have for a grand prize that covers what we talked about the other cacher that showed up was Dave(thewisconsingooftroop) he had some good ideas I hope that we can have more cachers at the next meeting

The next meeting with be a walk thought the property on May 11 at 2pm sharp we will meet at loins park and go from there please come and share your ideas
