Ok, just had the parks schedule meeting for June. I work at Menomonee Park Sun June 8, and would like to do the tour of the defunct missile site that night at 8:00pm. For those interested we could have a campfire following around 9:00pm. Does this work? |

Based on some of the folks that posted on the earlier thread, I just want to confirm that this is in Menomonee, just west of Eau Claire, right? |

Not to speak for Ranger Boy but this is in Menomonee Park in NE Waukesha County.

OH! Then I can come! All this time I've thought it was a 4 hour drive up past Eau Claire! SLight difference!
If the location is listed only by co-ordinates, then making it a cache event posted on geocaching.com is a great idea! |

Count me in! I began working in that area. Did some work at Camp Lannon Field Farms along side the park. The park had an entrance on Lannon road back then. I look forward to visit some place I've been wondering about for over 30 years.

I'll be there! I've been interested in seeing more of these sites since Thorson brought me to the one in downtown Waukesha last year!

Jeff is correct. It is in Menomonee Falls, in Waukesha County.
