As promised I will be giving out prizes to the top five finishers in the league. These are the prizes I plan on giving to the top five(beside myself, if I place top 5). As of right now we have 6 teams, so everyone would get something...we need more people!!
First Place...A complete regular cache kit...Ammo box, log book, geocache sticker, and an un-activated travel bug.
Second Place...A complete small geocache kit...lock-n-lock, log book, cache sticker, and an un-activated travel bug.
Third Place...An un-activated travel bug
Fourth Place...Geocaching Lanyard(from geocaching.com store)
Fifth Place...Geocaching Lanyard(from geocaching.com store) |

We can't let another trophy be named after VG. I've never done fantasy baseball, but at least if furry and cheesy are in, I should be able to stay out of last place. |

Wow...I went online to buy my tickets for opening day this morning. The lottery winners have from 10am today until midnight tonight before the tickets go on sale to the general public tomorrow. I logged on at 11:15 and all that was left was standing room only, or $195 tickets right by the field....lets just say, we will be standing.
I could not believe that that many tickets sold in just over an hour.
We now have 6 people in the fantasy league....room for 6 more!!
Can't wait for the season to start!! |

So how many teams do we have? And are we going to have enough for the league? |

We currently have 7 teams out of the max of 12. That is great, as we could play even if we only had 2 teams.
I cannot wait!! |

UPDATE!!! The draft time has been changed to 5:00 p.m. this Saturday....I know it is not a perfect time, but I accidentally changed our draft style and I lost our slot and this was all that was left. If you cannot be online to draft, you can set your pre-rankings and the computer will make your picks for you. So, it is not a big deal.
Also, we currently have 8 teams, so if there are any people that would like to join, we have 4 slots left. If we do not have 12 teams, the draft will not take place. So, Saturday afternoon if we do not have a full roster, I will create "fake" teams to fill the gaps, and will preset the rankings for the worst players on the list. That way we can still play. I will be calling these teams Filler 1,2,3 etc.
Please send me a p.m. if you have any questions!!
Bring it on!! I cannot wait to go to opening day at Miller Park, I am exited to get the season started. |

MB. You should be able to change the draft type and the number of teams. At least you can with Football. I don't think you want the headache of running 4 teams plus your own. I don't thnk ANYONE will be around here at 5 on Sat. Unless it's raining. Just my 2 cents. I'll go with whatever happens. |
