Looking for a starter gps for splash4, anyone have the venture hc and could offer up thoughts on it?

That's my GPS. What do you need to know about it?
I can tell you it is a great starter GPS. It is accurate for the most part, except in heavy tree cover. Loading caches from GSAK is quite easy to do. It also gives you the option to mark your finds which I love. I no longer have to write down the GC code of caches that I find. I just refer to the GPS when I get home to log my finds.
Entering manual waypoints such as stages in a multi cache is a snap.
Anything else you need to know, feel free to ask. I paid about $120 for it at Walmart last year so not a bad deal for what it does.
