This may sound funny to you seasoned cachers, but do chirpers actually chirp or make any sound when out in there gz. |

No they just send info to your GPS. You must be able to have a GPS that can hear it. |

I dont think that is a chirp cache. There is no mention of it or anything in the attrbitutes about it. |

we woe by an old non-working pay phone. Has anyone head of people using noises to get you to find a cache and if so do they say it on the cache page normally. |

A noise to find a cache sounds like a novel idea. If it was a chirp cache it would say in the attributes. There would one be that says wireless beacon. I think you should turn your ipod off and take your ear buds out, then you might not hear noises. [ ] Just kidding.
I would look under the shelf of the old phone for a mag key holder. |

A "Chirp" cache will be 5*, since special equipment is needed for finding it.
There is one out CJ's way that is a Chirp, and 2 by Utely Quarry near Fairwater.
'Can you hear me now' is a Traditional. Not a keyholder, but a magnet is involved! |

I remember that one from the winter. Looked like a hard find due to the snow pile ...but it wasn't and was worth of a small smile that cold day. |

I really dont think I would be messing with any electric wires. You should never have to take anything apart. |
