I would say the WGA tried and the DOT failed. It's all a matter of perspective. |

Caches at Minnesota DOT waysides are allowed as long as they are registered with the DOT. |

This is such an awesome idea. I could have been seriously hurt.
They should make sure they have bumper pads on the railings too.
Was that guy in the picture one of the three vehicles you saw RB? That must have been a site to see! |

I suppose you want roadside ditches next to cemeteries to be labeled also, especially when there is deeeeep snow. |

"Be it resolved that any cemetery that has a ditch on the front entrance, hereto must be labeled properly as having a ditch. The roadway must be clearly marked with neon flags at least 6 feet high spaced no less than 2 feet apart."
Let's face it - cemeteries with ditches can be very dangerous in the winter!
Enough said. Marshes should also have warnings and some type of protection. |

Boy and I thought I was the only one that had misadventures while caching. I'm glad to hear I'm in good company. |

Thankful no pictures were taken of someone in waist deep water after breaking through thin ice. |
