Hello! My son did a few geocaches with his boy scout troop on a hike and came home and said we had to try it. Well we did this past weekend and we had a great time! We did a bunch here in Port Washington and are trying to do most of those first and then branch out. We are still learning though so I'm glad to have found this group so I can ask for help when I need it.
Have a great night. |

Welcome! Thanks for sharing your story. You'll find lots of helpful folks here who love geocaching. We look forward to seeing you at an geocaching event one of these days. |

Well I have just started as well. OK a bitlonger than you but I still feel as though I just started. I have pulled my family out on cold days so I could find a film canister, just to look at them and say "ain't this great". Now that the weather is starting to get better they are a bit more excited to get out. |

Welcome Aboard!
I'm a Port resident too.
I hope we run into each other sometime, in the mean time please go find ALL of my caches. To quote Bushwacking Queen ... "all of them!" |

Yours was our first one - Balance Beam Creek. I had no idea what I was doing and my son found it. The second one however was my find (and then I was hooked!) He wanted to get one in quick after school yesterday! I almost gave in but then the mother part of me and getting homework done took over (but I seriously thought about it) |

Welcome to the wonderful world of geocaching! We are all one big happy family so we welcome you into the community. When you are done finding all of Ron's caches in Port, then you can find some we have in Saukville and then a bunch more in West Bend. Tami |
