I noticed that the tallys for House of Brews has not moved in a while. Couldn't find an addy to send a msg. How do we get it jump started again??

Yep, I noticed that too. The current activity is picked up on the bottom of the page but individual numbers are not changing (at least I know mine is not up to date).

I imagine the numbers stopped changing when the style and profile changes were made on geocaching.com.
Knowing what I know about how H.O.B. gets the stats, the changes to the profile pages mean that some of Brew's grabber code will have to be modified, possibly significantly. I hope he finds the time to get the website running again as it is a valuable resource. Even though it is not about the numbers and such a stats display will probably never be officially approved for the WGA site, I (and many other geocachers I know) do like to peek at the numbers from time to time. |

I like being able to see where I rank amongst my fellow WI geocachers (knowing I will never be able to catch up to most of them!)

When it first went down, nothing was working. Now the Recent Logs and milestones scroller are working. I imagine Brew is working diligently at it. He'll get it back up, but in the meantime this is a thanks for my 2nd favorite site. |
