One of my second grade classes is attempting a virtual monarch migration to Mexico. Can you help the monarchs get on their way? They are hidden in a new Wisconsin cache called Migrating Monarchs Math Hunt (GCA258). (Yes, bring a calculator if math isn't your favorite thing.) We ask that you place your monarch in a cache that is further South. Also, we would appreciate it if you could email me (see back of the butterfly) with the name of the place (city, state) that you found the butterfly and the name of the place that you release it. The class is going to keep track of each of the 12 butterflies' routes as they try to reach Mexico by the end of April.

Thanks for your assistance!

PS Monarch Migration Math Hunt is my first cache, so be kind, but please let me know if the coordinates are OK or not. I took them about 10 different times and averaged them. Also, I tried to add the WGA graphic to the cache page after it was posted, but every time I paste the code into the long description box, it appears as code instead of the graphic. Any suggestions?

Edit your cache page and where it says: Description in HTML? Are you formatting this in HTML? If you leave it unchecked, we will format the text as it is typed. Check the box that says: Yes. I am supplying the HTML.

Thanks, Miata. I really appreciate your help. I tried that and it certainly worked. But, as I found out after trying it, I would have had to format the entire document over again with HTML. I guess I should have just saved the Word document as HTML to start with before copying and pasting. Live and learn!

I never thought of that, but then again I don't have too much trouble with basic HTML. As you can see on my last post I edited and messed up the block quotes Wink So it's easy enough to do. Congrats on your 1st cache, it looks like a lot of thought went into it!
