I have a variety of options in this poll..pick which would work best for you. As to try to capture as many people as possible

Evenings would be from 7p-9p
Sunday Mornings somewhere between 8 & 11

I did not choose Fridays and Saturdays, as most people are gone.

Purpose & Ideas for Regional Conferences:

~ To meet & greet new and old cachers alike
~ Discuss Regional Set topic for that chat
~ Discuss other small Regional issues/ideas
~ If a Regional issue is deemed large & lengthy, it will be set for topic on another conference day
~ Discussion of topics will be initial business...after that it's fair game!! Smile
~ Additional use of Conferences....let us know!! This is new for us and open to suggestions.
~ Cachers from Other Regions/States are more than welcome to join us!!! The more the Merrier!!
~ If the Regional Cacher List gets too long...um...uh.. We'll deal with that when it happens LOL

**Please be sure to add yourself to My Yahoo messenger as well as k0rpl and CoastGirl04 - info on those IDs can be found in the Post for "Yahoo Weekly Chats" I (or someone) would like to send out reminds for chats via your Yahoo Messenger, so we don't forget about them!!

I am hoping this works well and will be archiving chats so we can look back at them.

***NOTE*** This chat is NOT operated by WGA BOD's. It was an idea created by several of us in the NorthEast Region. Opinions here are not that of the WGA BOD nor will WGA BOD issues be discussed during these chats, unless they are issues currently available the forums.

Sorry Anne:

I was going to get this out, but got tied up doing a bunch of stuff last night. I vote for Sunday Nights... I was also planning on sending out reminders. Hopefully this will take off.

That's OK Justin. I gotchya covered. Hope you enjoyed being "Tied up" ROFMALO

The messages can be sent via Yahoo messenger. Was not sure if you knew that. What we can do is Send the reminder with the "TOPIC of the Nite" info on it, that way people have time to get questions prepared, etc.

NOTE TO NEW MESSENGER USERS:

If you have not participated in a conference of some type, in the passt, they can be fast paced. You can always look back at recent history to get what was said while you are in chat. If you need a WHOLE chat...I can do cut and paste in an e-mail Word file.

I voted for Sunday evenings, cuz its the last day of the weekend and most of us go caching all weekend or a one day of the weekend so it fits in a nice way of wrapping up a weekend of caching by talking about it...

if any of you understand what i just said kudo's to you!
