I should go to work today, too. I planned on working on getting my classroom set up today, but 6 miles of power trail micros ...

50 miles. The first two on the trail are just over 50 and number 3 is 49.3 miles away.

Solution: Have the kids help you set up the classroom day one and call it a "team building exercise". Micros on the trail are waiting for you.

My new cache notifications go out 40 miles, mainly so I watch for Marinette and Oconto County new publications, but lately all I'm getting is Door County new publications. I hate living near the bay. Door County is only like 20 miles across the bay, but takes me two hours to drive around it.

I do have "found it" and "DNF" logs restricted to my area only - just a 10 mile radius so I know people have been in the area.

I would stagger my notifications and just set one for 10 miles "new publications" in my area and a separate "new publication" out in Oconto and Marinette county so I don't get Door County notifications. But I'm too lazy - lol.

Anyways....

I don't get the deal with power trails. Film can in a tree every 528 feet? Gets boring real fast. I tried the one in Brillion. There were like 60 at the time I attempted it. I got bored at 30 finds and called it a day.

If I need to set up a milestone - or if the power trail has something unique on it, I'll do it, but otherwise, just not my thing.

27 caches into a 53 cache trail, with 25 FTFs. Somebody cherry picked the ones at the road crossings. And us, Todd, I an getting tired of mostly the same kinds poof hides. But in all fairness, I have to say that did a pretty good job of varying the hides. They're not all pill bottles in pine trees. They mixed on some smalls and even a regular. I also found am older cache along the trail that Trekkin would approve of ... Ammo can.. Its a nice walk, or bike ride, on the Mountain Bay Trail.

I guess this will be my last post in the TST. I did not nor do I have the time or intention to find a cache today. Goodbye everyone, thanks for the Useless Drivel and the discussions about Ice Cream, Beer and Fireworks.

I guess you didn't read clause 36.32, section A-45.3, Article 5 that states: Any driveler that has an icon resembling a muppet more than 80% of the time is allowed to Useless any time the deem necessary.

I think you might qualify wink
